This is my first time on the computer today due to vomiting all morning and sleeping all afternoon. Not sure if it was a bug or some chicken I had last night. Greg had steak and I had chicken so that's all I can put it down to. Finally eating dry biscuits and drinking lemonade so must be on the mend. But this tip appeared on my facebook so I thought I'd share.
