Wait...WHAT? Extend Your Punches

Wow oh wow oh wow, what a brilliant idea Kelly has come up with for extending our punches. I am blown away with this and ideas are flying in my head. If I wasn't looking after a young man for the afternoon I would be doing this with all my punches right now.
