Thank you to the lovely ladies and children x 2 who attended my Open House yesterday.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, a couple of ladies were unable to attend and that made our group a small one, we still enjoyed the morning and it turned out that everyone received a prize or a handmade card from me.
I showcased our new collection from the Occasions and Sale A Bration catalogues by having on hand a large number of the stamps, dies, paper and embellishments for everyone to see first hand.
I also had displays of cards and boxes that I made to show how these beaut products can look like on your creations.
We then sat around my table and tried out the new watercolour pencils on the FREE SAB designer series paper that was designed just for us to put our own stamp on our creations. It was very interesting to observe the different ways each lady coloured her own piece of DSP.
I demonstrated the different ways and tools that you can colour with our new watercolour pencils and how we can do this on DSP or normal card stock without it warping.
We used tools such as a paintbrush, aqua painters and blending pens to achieve very unique colours and shading. Fun Fun Fun.
We ended the morning on a high with sangers, dip and biscuits, cheese platter and coffee which we thoroughly enjoyed.
Pictures to come later today as this morning I need to attend to my In-Laws in my role as their carer. (unpaid of course). Taking my lovely Mother in Law out to have her nails done and pay some bills and we are going to see their Doctor together to sort out a few things as they have recently changed Doctor's to one closer to them,
